Where we are
Head Office
Around 450 of our people are based at our Head Office in Chessington, Surrey where our Board of Directors works closely with their respective teams in Buying, Category Management, Central Operations, Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, Payroll, Sales and Manufacturer Services.
There are good transport connections via the M25 and A3; bus services to Tolworth, Surbiton and Kingston, and train services from Waterloo to Chessington North.
On-site facilities at Head Office
- Ernie's - our staff restaurant, named after our founder Ernest Skues, provides a range of delicious lunches daily, in a recently-refurbished facility which includes outdoor seating for those warm summer days
- Garden - whether eating lunch, enjoying the annual summer barbecue or holding meetings, we like to take every opportunity to sit in our very own outdoor space

Service Centres
The majority of our people are based in one of the 12 Service Centres located around the UK, each headed by a Service Centre Manager and encompassing Transport, Warehouse Operations, Inventory, Customer Service and Compliance.
Many of the jobs in our Service Centres offer flexible working patterns including part-time and weekend-only opportunities.
